A “ruthless” wife gave her husband a tough lesson after he left her for a romantic affair with a young brunette.

“Divorce? John, tell me you’re not serious! And what did you say? That you want a fair share?” Nicky burst out, shifting in her chair as her husband told her he was “tired” of their monotonous life and wanted to live freely.

“Well,” John said, glancing at his watch. “I don’t think I have a way out. I’m leaving for a trip to Mexico in an hour. And I think I’ll stay there for six months. I made all the bookings and, well, I used almost all our savings from our joint account.

“Let’s see if you’ll divorce willingly or keep struggling to get by and beg me for money. After all, what could a housewife do without money? Have fun, dear,” he mocked. “I can’t wait for my time in Mexico!”

“What? How could you… That was my savings too, John! How dare you use them without discussing it with me?”

“I knew you’d make a fuss about the divorce, Nicky. And that’s why I planned it all this way!”

With that, John went into the bedroom, packed his things, and left the house, leaving the divorce papers for Nicky. “If you don’t want to live with the consequences of your decision, sign them as soon as possible. Otherwise, your life will be a living hell from now on!” he added before leaving.

Nicky burst into tears when she saw John leaving. Sure, John hadn’t been the ideal partner, but she had recently discovered he was having affairs with much younger women who wanted nothing serious, just a one-night adventure. So he tried to get rid of her and divorce her.

But Nicky didn’t want the divorce. After their children, a son and a daughter, had moved out, she only had John by her side. And so, even after discovering his infidelity, she stayed silent, hoping things would improve, but unfortunately, they didn’t. John eventually declared he wanted a divorce. But she made a plan: she wouldn’t let him go so easily. Not this time, John! You won’t get away!

Three months later…

Nicky was sitting in the living room, sipping raspberry tea, eating chocolate cookies, and constantly checking the clock when she heard the doorbell. Her jaw dropped when she saw John at the door. “What are you doing here? Weren’t you supposed to be in Mexico?”

“Oh, Nicky! I’m sorry, I’m so sorry for what I did!” he begged, falling to his knees. “Please, forgive me. I was wrong to leave you. I shouldn’t have done that.”

Nicky was stunned. “John, what happened? Okay, calm down. Let’s go inside and talk, shall we?”

“Oh, Nicky! Where do I start? I met this young woman, Maddison,” he began after they sat down. “She was beautiful, and I thought she loved me. We spent two months together in Mexico… But she was a con artist! She robbed me! She took all my money and everything! We were living together in her modest apartment in Mexico. She made me do everything for her, including cooking and cleaning. She had two kids, and I even took care of them, thinking she loved me. But every night…” he paused and cleared his throat.

“We never slept together because the kids always came into the room, and she found excuses to leave with them. She told me she would marry me, but it was all fake… she—she just wanted the money!”

“Oh, dear!” Nicky said, shocked. “That’s terrible… terrible… You know what…” She had started to speak when the doorbell rang again.

“One moment, John. Let me see who’s at the door,” Nicky said, heading toward the entrance.

“Who is it, Nicky?… Wh-What are you doing here?” John was stunned when he noticed Maddison on their porch. “Nicky! She’s the one! She’s the one who robbed me!”

The two women exchanged looks and burst out laughing.

“Well, John! I know everything. Meet Mandy—or as you called her—Maddison. She’s the daughter of a friend of mine. A single mother of two who helped me gather evidence against my unfaithful husband! I warned you, John, that you would regret it! I found your hotel through Facebook and enlisted Maddison’s help. It was all a trap, dear, and I’m glad you fell for it!”

“What?” John exploded. “You planned all this on purpose?! You’ll regret this, Nicky! You’ll regret this!”

“No, John,” Nicky shouted. “You’re the one who’s going to lose this time. Pack your bags and get out of my house! And yes, I’m divorcing you, you scoundrel! And I’ll make sure you don’t get a single cent! So get up and go! GET OUT OF MY HOUSE NOW!”

A young blonde woman started her new job as a physical education teacher at a school, working with a group of 16-year-olds.

On one of her first days, she was out on the field, watching the students play soccer. She noticed most of the kids were actively involved in the game, running and kicking the ball. But there was one boy who seemed to be standing alone at the far end of the field, separated from the others.

Thinking he might feel left out or shy, the teacher decided to go over and check on him. She approached him with a warm smile and asked gently, “Hey, are you okay?”

The boy nodded, but he didn’t make any move to join the game. Noticing his quiet nature, she decided to encourage him a bit more. “It’s alright if you want to go play with the others,” she said, hoping to give him a little push.

To her surprise, the boy shook his head. “I think it’s better if I stay right here,” he replied. She looked at him, a bit confused, and asked, “And why is that, honey?” She thought maybe he was nervous or just not interested in soccer.

The boy looked back at her, equally puzzled, and simply said, “Because I’m the goalie!”

In that moment, the teacher realized her mistake and couldn’t help but laugh at the misunderstanding. The boy joined in, and soon they were both laughing at how she had completely missed that he was actually doing his job by standing in the goal area.

It was a funny moment that brightened their day and reminded her that sometimes things aren’t quite what they seem at first.

A man had just settled into his seat next to the window on the plane when another man sat down in the aisle seat and put his black Labrador Retriever in the middle seat next to the man.

The first man looks very quizzically at the dog and asks why the dog is allowed on the plane.

The second man explained that he is a DEA agent and that the dog is a “sniffing dog”.

“His name is Sniffer and he’s the best there is. I’ll show you once we get airborne when I put him to work.”

The plane takes off, and once it has levelled out, the agent says:

“Watch this.” He tells Sniffer to “search”.

Sniffer jumps down, walks along the aisle, and finally sits very purposefully next to a woman for several seconds.

Sniffer then returns to its seat and puts one paw on the agent’s arm.

The agent says, “Good boy”, and he turns to the man and says:

“That woman is in possession of marijuana, so I’m making a note of her seat number and the authorities will apprehend her when we land.”

“Say, that’s pretty neat” replies the first man.

Once again, the agent sends Sniffer to search the aisles.

The Lab sniffs about, sits down beside a man for a few seconds, returns to its seat, and this time, he places TWO paws on the agent’s arm.

The agent says, “That man is carrying cocaine, so again, I’m making a note of his seat number for the police.”

“I like it!” says his seatmate.

The agent then told Sniffer to “search” again.

Sniffer walked up and down the aisles for a little while, sat down for a moment, and then came racing back to the agent, jumped into the middle seat and proceeded to poop all over the seat.

The first man is really grossed out by this behaviour and can’t figure out how or why a well-trained dog would act like that, so he asks the agent,

“What’s going on?”

The agent nervously replied,

“He just found a bomb!”

A census taker in a rural area went up to a farmhouse and knocked.

When an old woman came to the door, he asked her how many children she had and their ages.

She said,

“Let’s see now, there’s the twins, Sally and Billy, they’re eighteen. And the twins, Seth & Beth, they’re sixteen. And the twins, Penny and Jenny, they’re fourteen.”

“Hold on!” said the census taker,

“Did you get twins every time?”

The woman answered,

“Heck no, there were hundreds of times we didn’t get nothin’.”

A man walks into a drug store with his 8-year-old son. They happen to walk by the condom display, and the boy asks, “What are these, Dad?”

To which the man matter-of-factly replies,

“Those are called condoms, son. Men use them to have safe sex.”

“Oh, I see,” replied the boy pensively, “I’ve heard of that in health class at school.”

He looks over the display and picks up a package of 3 and asks, “Why are there 3 in this package?”

The dad replies, “Those are for high school boys, one for Friday, one for Saturday, and one for Sunday.”

“Cool.” says the boy. He notices a 6 pack and asks, “Then, who are these for?”

“Those are for college men,” the dad answers. “Two for Friday, Two for Saturday, and Two for Sunday.”

“WOW!” exclaimed the boy, “Then, who uses THESE?” he asks, picking up a 12-pack.

With a sigh, the dad replied, “Those are for married men,…” With a tear in his eye, he continued,… “One for January, one for February, one for March……. ”
