A couple went on vacation to a fishing resort up north.<\/h2>\n

The husband liked to fish at the crack of dawn while the wife preferred to read. One morning the husband returned after several hours of fishing and decided to take a short nap. The wife decided to take the boat out. She was not familiar with the lake so she rowed out, anchored the boat, and started reading her book.<\/p>\n

Along comes the sheriff in his boat, pulls up alongside and says, \u201cGood morning, Ma\u2019am. What are you doing?\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cReading my book,\u201d she replies.<\/p>\n

\u201cYou\u2019re in a restricted fishing area,\u201d he informs her.<\/p>\n

\u201cBut, Officer, I\u2019m not fishing. Can\u2019t you see that?\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cBut you have all this equipment, Ma\u2019am. I\u2019ll have to take you in and write you up.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cIf you do that I will charge you with ra.pe,\u201d snaps the irate woman.<\/p>\n

\u201cI didn\u2019t even touch you,\u201d grouses the sheriff.<\/p>\n

\u201cYes, that\u2019s true\u2026 but you have all the equipment!\u201d<\/p>\n

One recent Sunday, a young boy arrived to his Sunday school class late.<\/h2>\n

His teacher knew that the boy was usually very prompt and asked him if anything was wrong. The boy replied no, that he was going to go fishing, but that his dad told him that he needed to go to church instead.<\/p>\n

The teacher was very impressed and asked the boy if his father had explained to him why it was more important to go to church rather than to go fishing.<\/p>\n

To which the boy replied, \u201cYes, ma\u2019am, he did. My dad said that he didn\u2019t have enough bait for both of us.\u201d<\/p>\n

A young boy and his dad went out fishing one fine morning.<\/h2>\n

After a few quiet hours out in the boat, the boy became curious about the world around him. He looked up at his dad and asked \u201cHow do fish breath under water?\u201d<\/p>\n

His dad thought about it for a moment, then replied, \u201cI really don\u2019t know, son.\u201d<\/p>\n

The boy sat quietly from another moment, then turned back to his dad and asked, \u201cHow does our boat float on the water?\u201d<\/p>\n

Once again his dad replied, \u201cDon\u2019t know, son.\u201d<\/p>\n

Pondering his thoughts again, a short while later, the boy asks \u201cWhy is the sky blue?\u201d<\/p>\n

Again, his dad replied. \u201cDon\u2019t know, son.\u201d<\/p>\n

The inquisitive boy, worried he was annoying his father, asks this time \u201cDad, do you mind that I\u2019m asking you all of these questions?\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cOf course not son.\u201d replied his dad,\u00a0\u201cHow else are you ever going to learn anything?\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

A man was fishing in the jungle.<\/h2>\n

After a while another angler came to join him.<\/p>\n

\u201cHave you had any bites?\u201d asked the second man.<\/p>\n
