A man calls his wife and says, \u201cHoney, I\u2019ve been invited to go fishing out of town with my boss for a week.<\/strong><\/h2>\n

This could be a great opportunity for a promotion. Can you please pack enough clothes for the week, get my rod and tackle box ready, and don\u2019t forget to pack my new blue silk pajamas?\u201d<\/p>\n

The wife sensed something was off but, being a good wife, she followed his instructions and packed everything he asked for.<\/p>\n

After a week, the husband returned home, looking a bit tired but pleased with himself. The wife immediately bombarded him with questions about the trip: how it was, if he caught any fish, and so on.<\/p>\n

\u201cYes, I caught plenty\u2014lots of salmon, bluegill, and even a few swordfish,\u201d he replied. Then, with a puzzled look, he added, \u201cBut why didn\u2019t you pack my blue silk pajamas?\u201d<\/p>\n

The wife smirked and said, \u201cOh, I did! They were in your fishing box.\u201d<\/p>\n

A doctor and a lawyer are chatting at a party, just trying to relax.<\/strong><\/h2>\n

But every five minutes, someone interrupts the doctor:<\/p>\n

\u201cCan you look at this rash?\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cMy back\u2019s been k.i.l.ling me\u2026\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cDoes this mole look weird?\u201d<\/p>\n

After an hour of free check-ups, the doctor sighs and asks the lawyer:<\/p>\n

\u201cHow do you deal with people asking for free legal advice outside of work?\u201d<\/p>\n

The lawyer smirks:<\/p>\n

\u201cSimple. I give them advice\u2026 then I mail them a bill.\u201d<\/p>\n

The doctor blinks.<\/p>\n

\u201cYou\u2019re joking.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cNot even a little.\u201d<\/p>\n

Inspired (and mildly vengeful), the doctor decides to try it.<\/p>\n

The next day, he writes up bills for everyone who bugged him at the party.<\/p>\n

As he heads to the mailbox to send them off\u2026<\/p>\n

He finds something already waiting for him.<\/p>\n

A bill.<\/p>\n
