An elderly woman named Doris got on a crowded city bus with her cane in one hand and a big shopping bag in the other.<\/strong><\/h2>\n

She looked around for a seat, but the bus was packed.<\/p>\n

She spotted a young man sitting comfortably near the front, headphones in, staring at his phone. Doris tapped him on the knee with her cane.<\/p>\n

The young man looked up. \u201cYes?\u201d<\/p>\n

Doris smiled sweetly. \u201cYoung man, would you be kind enough to let an old lady sit down?\u201d<\/p>\n

The young man sighed, took out one earbud, and said, \u201cSorry, lady, but I\u2019m young and healthy. I need my seat just as much as you do.\u201d Then he put his earbud back in and went back to scrolling.<\/p>\n

Doris just nodded and said, \u201cOh, I see. Alright then.\u201d<\/p>\n

A few moments later, the bus driver slammed on the brakes to avoid a squirrel crossing the road. The young man, caught off guard, went flying forward and landed face-first in an older woman\u2019s shopping bag filled with cabbages.<\/p>\n

Doris calmly sat down in the now-empty seat, adjusted her coat, and muttered, \u201cSee? That\u2019s what happens when you don\u2019t respect your elders.\u201d<\/p>\n

The rest of the bus burst into applause.<\/p>\n

He informs her that they are out of stock, and she leaves.<\/p>\n

An hour later she is back throwing the frozen veggies onto the floor, the irate manager asks again if he can help.<\/p>\n

Once again he informs her that they are out of stock.<\/p>\n

15 mins before closing, she comes stalking straight to the frozen veggies, as she is about to start throwing them out, the very irritated manager asks can I help.<\/p>\n

The Manager asks Madam can you spell Dog in Dogmore.<\/p>\n

She says yes \u201dDOG.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cVery good, can you spell Cat in Catsdelight.\u201d<\/p>\n

She says \u201cCAT.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cVery good, now can you spell F in Broccoli.\u201d<\/p>\n

She says, \u201dthere\u2019s no F in Broccoli.\u201c<\/p>\n

\u201cMadam, I\u2019ve been trying to tell you that all day!!!\u201d<\/p>\n
