A stranger was seated next to a little girl on the airplane when the stranger turned to her and said:<\/h2>\n

\u201cLet\u2019s talk, I am sure that flights are faster if you strike up a conversation with your fellow passenger.\u201d<\/p>\n

The little girl who had just opened her book, closed it slowly and asked the stranger, \u201cWhat would you like to talk about?\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cOh, I don\u2019t know\u201d, said the stranger.<\/p>\n

\u201cHow about n.u.clear power?\u201d The girl asked.<\/p>\n

\u201cOk,\u201d he said \u201cThat could be an interesting topic!\u201d<\/p>\n

The girl continues: \u201cBut let me ask you a question first. A horse, a cow and a deer all eat grass, the same stuff. Yet a deer excretes little pellets, while a cow turns out a flat patty, and a horse produces clumps of dried grass. Why do you suppose that is?\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cThe stranger thinks about it and says: \u201cHmmm, I have no idea.\u201d<\/p>\n

To which the little girl replies: \u201cDo you really feel qualified to discuss nuclear power when you don\u2019t know s.hit?\u201d<\/p>\n

A man parachuted out of an aeroplane and his chute did not open.<\/h2>\n

As he headed for almost certain death, he saw a man coming up toward him through the air from the ground.<\/p>\n

As the man zoomed by, the man headed down asked, \u201cDo you know anything about parachutes?\u201d<\/p>\n

The man replied in passing, \u201cNo, you know anything about gas stoves?\u201d<\/p>\n

A woman and a lawyer were seated next to each other on a flight. The lawyer asked if she would like to play a fun game.<\/h2>\n

The woman, tired, just wanted to take a nap, politely declined and rolled over to the window to catch a few winks. The lawyer persists and explains that the game is easy and a lot of fun. He explained, \u201cI ask you a question, and if you don\u2019t know the answer, you pay me $5.00, and vice versa.\u201d<\/p>\n

Again, she declines and tries to get some sleep.<\/p>\n

The lawyer, now agitated, says, \u201cOkay, if you don\u2019t know the answer you pay me $5.00, and if I don\u2019t know the answer, I will pay you $500.00.\u201d<\/p>\n

This catches the woman\u2019s attention and, figuring there will be no end to this torment unless she plays, agrees to the game.<\/p>\n

The lawyer asks the first question. \u201cWhat\u2019s the distance from the earth to the moon?\u201d<\/p>\n

The woman doesn\u2019t say a word, reaches into her purse, pulls out a $5.00 bill and hands it to the lawyer. \u201cOkay,\u201d says the lawyer, \u201cyour turn\u201d.<\/p>\n

She asks the lawyer, \u201cWhat goes up a hill with three legs and comes down with four legs?\u201d<\/p>\n

The lawyer, puzzled, takes out his laptop computer and searches all his references, no answer. He taps into the air phone with his modern and searches the net and the library of congress, no answer. Frustrated, he sends e- mail to all his friends and coworkers, to no avail. After an hour, he wakes the woman, and hands her $500.00.<\/p>\n

The woman says, \u201cThank you,\u201d and turns back to get some more sleep.<\/p>\n

The lawyer, who is more than a little miffed, wakes the woman and asks, \u201cWell, what\u2019s the answer?\u201d<\/p>\n
