A wealthy old man was lying on his d.eathbed when it occurred to him that he had never made a will.<\/strong><\/h2>\n

So, he called his lawyer to help him draft one.<\/p>\n

The next day, the lawyer arrived, and the old man said, \u201cI want 25% of my money to go to charity. After all, I\u2019ve taken so much; I should give something back.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cHow generous of you,\u201d the lawyer replied. \u201cI\u2019ll make sure that happens right away.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI also want 25% to go to my son. He\u2019s been waiting for the day he could get his hands on my money,\u201d the old man added.<\/p>\n

\u201cOkay, I\u2019ll make sure he gets 25%,\u201d the lawyer responded.<\/p>\n

\u201cAnd the rest should go to my wife, on the condition that she remarries after I die,\u201d the old man said.<\/p>\n

A bit puzzled, the lawyer asked, \u201cOkay, I\u2019ll make sure that happens. But may I ask why you want her to remarry? It\u2019s a rather unusual request.\u201d<\/p>\n

The old man grinned and said, \u201cI want to make sure at least one man regrets my death.\u201d<\/p>\n

The pawnbroker looks it up and down.<\/p>\n

\u201cWell I can tell right now that there\u2019s a little warping in the neck, the lacquer is faded and there are scratches and dents all over it. It\u2019s an old, well-played guitar but I don\u2019t think it\u2019s worth any more than twenty bucks.\u201d<\/p>\n

The old man reaches his hand out and says.<\/p>\n

\u201cOkay, if that\u2019s what you think it\u2019s worth, you have a deal!\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cGreat!\u201d Replies the pawnbroker, shaking his hand.<\/p>\n

\u201cHere\u2019s twenty bucks.\u201d Says the old man.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019ll buy it right now!\u201d<\/p>\n

The broker stops and suddenly looks confused.<\/p>\n

\u201cWait, buy?\u201d He asks.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis one has a sticker price of $150, but now that I have your honest opinion I think twenty bucks is a great deal.\u201d<\/p>\n
