She has a powerful voice but it is one that can also bring you to tears.<\/p>\n<p>Celine Dion is amazing when she sings on her own but when she couples her voice with the power of another singer, it can really move an audience. That was when David Foster, a music producer called him to ask him to stand in for the opera singer, Andrea Bocelli.
