The Internet has truly changed our lives, especially in the way that we interact with each other. We often use social media to stay in touch with friends and family and some use it to stay in touch with the world.<\/p>\n

Meghan Markle is certainly someone who has used social media to her advantage in the past. At some point, however, she decided to take a break from social media and it has been quite a while since we have heard from her.<\/p>\n

It wasn\u2019t just Meghan Markle who took a break from social media, Prince Harry also took a break in 2021. After they left England, there were many people who cast hate in their direction so they decided to step out for a bit.<\/p>\n

Just to show you how popular they can be on social media, when she joined under an Instagram account in 2019, she gained more than 1 million followers in only six hours. It seemed to be too much, and eventually, she needed a break.<\/p>\n

In speaking about what he felt like to have so much negativity in her direction, she said: \u201cYou can\u2019t think of what that feels like. I don\u2019t care if you\u2019re 15 or 25, if people are saying things about you that aren\u2019t true, what that does to your mental and emotional health is so damaging.\u201d<\/p>\n

She decided to get back on the bandwagon, however, and posted her first post in years to her new Instagram account, @meghan.<\/p>\n

Although we aren\u2019t sure, it seems as if Harry may have taken the video and it was a great one. It shows her running on the beach in white jeans and a white top before stopping and writing \u20182025\u2019 in the sand.<\/p>\n

Nobody knows exactly what it means yet, but perhaps it was some sort of a New Year\u2019s resolution. At any rate, she seems to be excited about the new year, and it could have to do with her new show, With Love, Meghan.<\/p>\n
