\u201cWell, Lord, you\u2019ve given me this incredible garden, the animals, and even that funny serpent, but I\u2019m just feeling unsatisfied.\u201d<\/p>\n
\u201cAnd why is that, Eve?\u201d God inquired.<\/p>\n
\u201cI feel lonely, and, honestly, I\u2019m getting pretty tired of eating apples every day,\u201d Eve replied.<\/p>\n
God thought for a moment and said, \u201cAlright, Eve, I have an idea. I\u2019ll create a companion for you. I\u2019ll call him \u2018man.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n
\u201cWhat exactly is a \u2018man,\u2019 Lord?\u201d<\/p>\n
\u201cHe\u2019ll be a bit rough around the edges\u2014aggressive, a little self-centered, and he might struggle to fully understand or listen to you. But he\u2019ll be strong, quick, and surprisingly useful for certain things like protecting, running, and gathering food.\u201d<\/p>\n
Eve raised an eyebrow and said, \u201cHmm, sounds\u2026 interesting.\u201d<\/p>\n
\u201cHe\u2019s not perfect,\u201d God admitted. \u201cBut he\u2019s better than nothing. There\u2019s just one catch.\u201d<\/p>\n
