\nWoman:<\/strong> “Great! Oh, and one more thing… I was talking to Janie, and I found out that the house I wanted last year is back on the market. They\u2019re asking $980,000.”
\nMan:<\/strong> “Well, make an offer of $900,000. They\u2019ll probably accept it. If not, we can go up to $980,000 if it\u2019s the one you really want.”
